As of right now the availability for charters are weekdays from 5:30pm-10:30pm and weekends from 11:30am-10:30pm, beginning May 1st- November 15th. The schedule may change for next year, so we are only accepting charters for 2025 at this time.

Honey Ole Bae accommodates Up to 6 guests per charter, and Honey Lemon Pepper accommodates up to 30 guests per charter. This includes children as well.

Vibe & Wave Charters offers 2-hour and 3-hour charters.

Each charter includes beautiful views, good vibes, Bluetooth speakers, plenty of space, ice/cooler, and a licensed Captain to ensure your safety at all times.
Honey Ole Bae includes complimentary ice/ice bucket, cooler, bottled waters, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, refrigerator, and kitchen area to place food.
Honey Lemon Pepper includes complimentary ice, a large cooler, an L-shaped bar for food and beverages, plenty of table space and seating, along with USB outlets on each table.
We have a cart available for guests to easily bring items on board. 15 minutes of set up time is provided to guests who want to come early to customize their event. Any additional time needed requires prior notice as it is an additional charge.
You are welcome to BYOB (NO RED WINE and use plastic wine glasses to keep glass at a minimum) and BYOF (food).

If rescheduling doesn’t work for you, then a full refund will be provided if the charter is cancelled a week (7 days) prior to the charter.There will be no refund if the charter is cancelled less than a week in advance. For example, if a charter is booked for Saturday August 9th, then the charter would need to be cancelled by Saturday August 2nd 11:59pm at the latest for a full refund. Rescheduling is highly recommended.

Honey Ole Bae comes with a Bimini top and Honey Lemon Pepper has a canopy top over most of the boat. If there is light rain, the charter will still go on. However, thunderstorms and lightning, heavy rains, and wind would possibly require rescheduling depending on the time of charter. Captain Kay will be sure to provide notification of any weather concerns at least 24 hours before the charter.

In the event the time of the charter or details of a charter change; please notify us asap. A week’s notice is appreciated. Please keep in mind that we have a strict Refund Policy. If changes need to be made to a charter, we will try to be as accommodating as possible which may require rescheduling.

No smoking allowed, including hookah. Absolutely no candles or anything that would be a fire hazard allowed. No illegal substances on board at any time.

We strongly encourage all guests to use the bathroom before boarding. However, we do have a bathroom on board that is open to guests if needed. Please be mindful that this is a boat, so just like in any bathroom; please do not flush paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or anything else that does not belong in the toilet.

Please wear comfortable clothing dressed for the weather. Captain Kay always says, “be beautiful, but comfortable.” Shoes are permitted on Honey Ole Bae (comfortable shoes are recommended), except for the bow of the boat (the front where most like to lay back and get those natural light shots 📸). No boots are allowed in the cabin area (downstairs). Speaking of natural lighting, please remember your sun tan lotion or some type of skin protectant. There is some shade on the yacht, but you may find it helpful wearing a hat and some shades. Shoes are permitted on Honey Lemon Pepper.

At Vibe & Wave Charters we make sure to stay up to date on all of our mechanical services. However, in the rare case that a mechanical issue disrupts the Vibe, we will be sure to notify the guests asap and work to reschedule for the next available date/time.

We allow a 15-minute grace period. After the 15-minute grace period, the additional time will be deducted from your charter time. If you are not familiar with the area and need assistance with directions and parking; please discuss this with us prior. Downtown Baltimore traffic can be very congested. Please give yourself enough time to drive safely, park, and bring all items on board. That way you can get the full time on board. If there is availability, we may be able to extend the charter for an additional cost of $250 per hour. PLEASE BE ON TIME.

We do everything possible to keep the boat safe, clean, and germ free before and after each charter. Your health and safety are our main concern.

We board at either Pier 5 or Fells Point. Captain Kay provides notification of the pick-up location the morning of your charter via phone.

Boarding is located at Harborview Marina. 500 Harborview Dr, Baltimore, MD 21230. Parking is available for $10 (2 hours) or $15 (all day pass) prices may vary.
Sunset Vibe Thursdays are held at the Baltimore Yacht Basin located at 2600 Insulator Drive Baltimore, MD 21230.
